Join us each Sunday at Insumataq Studio for a heart-centered gathering rooted in connection, healing, music, movement, and community.

Our Sunday Family Community Circle is a weekly space where we come together to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate life through presence, creativity, and shared experience. Each gathering unfolds organically, offering a unique blend of practices and experiences designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

You may experience offerings such as:

• Live cello, harp, handpan, and acoustic music
• Community song circles and singing
• Sound healing and crystal bowl journeys
• Guided meditation and breathwork
• Ecstatic dance and free movement
• Guest facilitators, musicians, and healing artists
• Sharing circles and authentic connection

Most Sundays are offered on a donation basis so that everyone has the opportunity to participate and feel welcomed in community. From time to time, we host special guest artists, workshops, or featured performances that may require a ticket or cover charge.
