At Insumataq, we offer a unique blend of somatic movement, breathwork, fascia release, meditation, music, and energetics—alongside strength-based sculpt and HIIT training, deep core and spiral technique work, yoga-inspired mobility, and aerial silks and hammock classes

Our workshops and sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, intuitive clarity, and deeper self-awareness, all while building what we value most: real community, connection, and a space where you truly belong.

The Aligned Body Class

This class was created to help you gently open your inner channel, soften resistance, regulate your nervous system, and build the tools to return home to yourself again and again.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space.
