April is a purpose-driven mother, educator, connector, and personal trainer who brings uplifting energy, encouragement, and heart into every space she enters. She is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and balance both physically and mentally while creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and capable.
Two of April’s greatest passions are neurodivergence and fitness. She believes that movement should be effective, empowering, life-changing, and most importantly, shared. By blending her understanding of human behavior with functional fitness, she helps people reconnect with their bodies, trust their abilities, and discover their strength.
Her classes are designed to support all fitness levels while offering a positive and encouraging space where participants can challenge themselves, honor their bodies, and celebrate progress.
