I’ve been in motion since I was six years old—through gymnastics, dance, and basketball—and that early love for movement never left me. At 22, I found my way into the gym through weightlifting, running, and yoga, and fitness became more than physical training—it became therapy, grounding, and a way to come home to myself.

Now at 40 and over three years sober, I train four to five days a week and use movement to manage stress, strengthen my mind, and keep pushing my limits as a summer runner. I believe in training with intention—building strength, balance, and resilience from the inside out.
