A Guided Somatic Breathwork Experience

There is a wisdom within your breath that has been with you since the moment you were born.

When life becomes overwhelming, our bodies often hold onto stress, grief, fear, anxiety, and emotions that never had the opportunity to fully move through us. Over time, these experiences can become stored in our nervous system, influencing how we feel, think, relate to others, and experience the world.

Deep Breathwork Journey offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and gently release what no longer serves you.

Through intentional breathing, guided somatic awareness, carefully selected music, and a nurturing environment, you'll be invited into a deeper relationship with yourself—one where healing doesn't come from fixing who you are, but from remembering who you've always been.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with an established breathwork practice.
