Through a gentle and intentional blend of movement, breathwork, sound healing, and guided
meditation, participants are supported into a state of calm presence — where the body relaxes,
the mind settles, and a deeper connection to spirit can be felt.
Rather than striving to become something new, this practice is rooted in remembering.
There is a deeper layer of our being — often referred to as spirit, soul, or our authentic self —
that is already whole, peaceful, and complete. Yet in the busyness of daily life, this natural state
can become obscured.
Through these practices, we begin to uncover what has always been present.
What We Are Remembering
Across many yogic and wisdom traditions, it is understood that our true nature holds inherent,
unchanging qualities.
These include:
Wholeness and fulfillment
Boundless presence and inner freedom
Luminosity and clarity
Peace and healing
Wisdom and deep knowing
Sacredness
Joy
This series is not about creating these qualities —
but about revealing and resting in them.
The Experience
Each session is designed as a guided inner journey, supporting participants through:
Gentle movement to open and prepare the body
Conscious breath practices to regulate and center the nervous system
Guided meditation to settle the mind and deepen awareness
Sound healing to support release, integration, and energetic harmony
Together, these practices create a space where you can:
soften and let go of tension
reconnect with your body and breath
rest in a state of presence and allowance
experience a sense of peace, nourishment, and inner clarity
At least two sessions will include extended sound healing journeys, using a variety of organic
instruments to deepen relaxation and resonance.
Between Sessions
Participants will receive optional at-home practices and reflections to explore between sessions.
These are simple ways to:
deepen your experience
integrate what you’re discovering
continue reconnecting with your natural state of presence
