This is a grounding, nervous-system–focused breathwork class designed to help you come home to yourself.


Rather than intense or cathartic breath styles, this class focuses on regulation — calming the body, steadying the mind, and restoring a sense of safety and presence. Through accessible breathing techniques, gentle guidance, and a grounding atmosphere (often supported by subtle tribal drumming), you’ll be invited to slow down, settle, and reconnect with your body.


This class is especially supportive if you:

    •    Feel overstimulated, anxious, or disconnected

    •    Are new to breathwork and want something approachable

    •    Want to regulate your nervous system rather than “push” yourself

    •    Are looking for a steady, grounding practice you can return to weekly


No prior breathwork experience is needed.

You’ll leave feeling more centered, more embodied, and more at ease.
