Booty Burn is a low-impact, high-awareness somatic strength class designed to wake up, strengthen, and sculpt your glutes from the inside out—while deeply activating your core through the Spiral Structure Technique. Using slow, intentional movement, mindful muscle engagement, and controlled resistance, students build deep strength, improve posture, and increase mobility with a smarter, more connected approach to training.

Students practice in socks to create controlled friction (“drag”), which adds resistance and enhances muscular activation throughout the class. HotCore® sequences focus on deep core strength using an exaggerated pelvic tuck and intentional spinal rounding to awaken stabilizers and improve functional alignment.

Between sets, students transition into static yoga postures to stretch, lengthen, and reset—leaving you feeling grounded, energized, and surprisingly strong. Perfect for all levels, especially anyone looking to move smarter, not harder.
