Using low-to-the-ground hammocks, we’ll move slowly through supported, soothing shapes that create a feeling of weightlessness and ease. The fabric cradles the body, allowing the muscles to soften, the joints to decompress, and the nervous system to settle without effort.
This is not a strength-based or performance class. There’s no pressure to “do” anything. It’s an invitation to slow down.
As the class unfolds, you’ll begin to feel the body naturally unwind. We’ll close with a 15-minute floating meditation, fully supported in the hammock, guiding you into deep stillness and calm.
Come enjoy your evening float — a soft landing after the day.
Benefits of evening aerial hammock practice include:
• Gentle spinal decompression and joint relief
• Reduced muscular tension after a full day
• Support for the nervous system to shift out of stimulation and into rest
• A smoother transition into sleep and nighttime recovery
No aerial experience is required. Movements are accessible, slow, and deeply supportive. This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced movers alike.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready for rest.
