Our Sunday Progressive Festival is a 2.5–3 hour immersive experience where community comes together to celebrate life through sound, breath, movement, and presence. Each Sunday unfolds as its own unique journey — blending live music, meditation, ecstatic dance, breathwork, and sound healing.
You may experience offerings such as:
• Live cello, harp, and handpan music
• Song circles and community singing
• Sound bowl journeys
• Breathwork and meditation
• Ecstatic dance and movement
• Special guest facilitators and artists
Most Sundays are offered on a donation basis, making the experience accessible to everyone. Occasionally, we host featured artists and special performances that require a cover price. These events will always be clearly highlighted in our booking calendar and email announcements so you know which gatherings are donation-based and which include a ticketed artist experience.
