Our Community Drumming Circle is an opportunity to gather in a welcoming, judgment-free space where everyone is invited to participate—no musical experience is needed. Through the powerful, grounding rhythm of the drum, we'll explore connection, creativity, mindfulness, and the joy of making music together.
Drumming has been used by cultures around the world for centuries to foster community, celebrate life, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being. As the rhythms build, many people experience a greater sense of presence, connection, and inner calm.
Bring your own drum or percussion instrument, or use one of ours if available. Whether you come to play, listen, or simply enjoy the energy, you'll leave feeling uplifted, grounded, and connected.

Whether this is your first visit or you're returning, our intention is to create a space where you feel supported, connected, and inspired.
Before You Arrive
Arrive 10–15 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to settle in, breathe, and transition from your day. Your experience begins the moment you walk through our doors.
What to Bring

- 🧘 Yoga mat (if you have one—we also have extras available)
- 📖 Journal & pen (optional for reflective classes)
- ❤️ An open heart and a willingness to simply be yourself

Studio Reminder
If you're unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. This allows another member of our community to enjoy the opportunity and helps us create the best experience for everyone.
