Sound Healing at Insumataq is an immersive, somatic experience designed to restore harmony within the nervous system, body, and energetic field. Guided by intention and reverence for sacred space, each session weaves together crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, and subtle frequencies to invite deep regulation, emotional release, and inner listening.

Rather than “doing” anything, participants are gently guided into a state of receiving—where sound becomes a language the body understands beyond words. Vibrations move through tissue, breath, and awareness, supporting the release of stored stress, trauma, and mental noise, while creating space for clarity, insight, and reconnection.

At Insumataq—keeper of sacred space—sound healing is approached as a ceremonial practice. Each journey is held with care, grounding, and integration, honoring the wisdom of the body and the inner temple within. These sessions are especially supportive for those seeking nervous system balance, emotional recalibration, spiritual nourishment, and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves.
