This is an invitation to slow down and listen inward. We begin with gentle Yin postures, held with support and stillness, to unwind tension in the fascia and relax the body’s deeper layers.


From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful practice (similar to meditation) that invites your brain into slower rhythms, where insight, healing and release can unfold naturally. This isn’t about doing, it’s about allowing.


*Who is this for?* Those experiencing stress, burnout, fatigue or wanting to get extra clarity during a non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). 


Come as you are. Wear cozy layers and feel free to bring your favorite blanket or bolster and settle into a space of peace and quiet transformation.
