Join us for a grounding and informative session designed to introduce you to the healing power of somatic breathwork. In this session, you'll learn what somatic breathwork is, how it works to support emotional release and nervous system regulation, and why it's a powerful tool for personal healing and transformation.


I'll also share a bit about my personal journey with breathwork, how it has changed my life, and why I now guide others through this modality. We'll close with a simple daily practice you can begin using right away to reconnect with your body and breath.

Whether you're completely new to breathwork or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will offer insight, inspiration, and a sense of calm.

What You’ll Experience:

  • A welcoming introduction to somatic breathwork.

  • A peek into my personal healing journey and approach as a practitioner.

  • A short guided breathwork practice to reset and ground yourself.

  • A space for shares and open Q&A.


Somatic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses the breath to connect body, mind, and spirit. By combining conscious breathing techniques with mindful awareness, we create space for the body to unwind stored tension, release emotional blocks, and restore nervous system balance.

This is not about forcing or “pushing through.” Instead, we guide you into deep, safe presence with your own inner rhythms. Breath becomes a bridge—awakening areas of the body that have been dormant, softening protective patterns, and opening pathways for energy to flow freely again.

Each session is held in a grounded, compassionate environment, often accompanied by gentle movement, sound healing, or guided imagery to support your journey. This allows your body to speak its own language—through sensation, breath, and subtle shifts—so that release and integration happen naturally.
