Sensual Somatics is a guided movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your sensual, fluid, and intuitive nature. Through gentle yoga-inspired stretches, soft mobility work, and moments of freeform movement, you’ll be invited to soften, open, and explore your body with presence and curiosity.
We begin with conversation — exploring what sensuality truly is (and isn’t), how it lives in the body, and what you might expect to arise physically or emotionally. We close with reflection and sharing, creating space for anything that surfaced to be witnessed, honored, and held with care.
Class opens with a short, grounding meditation, then flows into slow, intentional stretching designed to awaken sensation and deepen connection to your body. From there, you’ll have space for intuitive movement — whether that’s stretching, swaying, dancing, or resting — before closing in stillness.
Curated music guides the journey, helping you drop deeper into your experience and awaken your feminine essence from within.
This is a space of exploration, not performance. No experience is needed — just come as you are, in clothing that feels both comfortable and beautiful to you.
