In this class, you’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and allow your body to soften into stillness — activating the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress, calm the mind, and restore balance. Perfect for anyone needing a break from the busyness of life, recovering from injury, or seeking deep rest and reset.
