✨ Crystals & Sound — Adults

Part workshop, part sound immersion, part community laboratory.

Each month we’ll explore a Crystal of the Month alongside sound, meditation, nervous-system awareness, and simple embodied practices you can actually bring into everyday life.

You’ll learn about crystals and their traditional uses while developing your own relationship with them through direct observation and experience. We’ll also explore singing bowls and foundational sound practices, including approachable ways to work with a bowl at home for meditation, relaxation, and personal ritual.

Rather than simply being told what should work, we’ll practice, experience, discuss, and discover together. Each month we’ll create simple experiments to take into our lives, then return the following month to share what we noticed and continue evolving our practice.

Expect plenty of conversation, connection, hands-on learning, sound, laughter, and spaciousness.
