Jennifer

BREAK Method Practitioner & Founder of Insumataq Studio, integrating Brain Mapping, Body Mapping, Somatic Practices, Nervous System Regulation & Andean Wisdom to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with your authentic self & create lasting change.

Jennifer

I am deeply honored to guide individuals through transformational experiences that support them in reconnecting with who they truly are beneath years of conditioning, stress, and unconscious patterns. My work bridges modern neuroscience, somatic practices, shamanic work, plant medicine, and ancient wisdom, creating an integrated approach to meaningful and lasting transformation.

As a certified BREAK Method Practitioner, I integrate the BREAK Method, Brain Mapping, and Body Mapping Technology to help uncover subconscious patterns and protective responses influencing how we think, feel, move, and experience life. By exploring the relationship between the brain, nervous system, and body, we bring unconscious patterns into awareness and create opportunities for new pathways, greater resilience, clarity, and alignment.

My work also incorporates somatic movement, nervous system regulation, PSYCH-K®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), breathwork, mindfulness, and body-based awareness. Rather than working with one part of the person, my approach honors the whole being—mind, body, energy, and spirit.

My spiritual path has led me into shamanic work, sacred ceremony, and plant medicine traditions, as well as training with respected Andean wisdom keepers in Peru. Through these experiences, I have deepened my relationship with ceremony, the natural world, ancestral wisdom, energetic practices, and the sacred use of medicine. These teachings are thoughtfully woven into the retreats, gatherings, ceremonies, and transformational experiences I facilitate, with deep respect for the traditions and lineages from which they come.

As a Medicine Woman, shamanic practitioner, transformational coach, entrepreneur, and facilitator, I bring more than 24 years of experience supporting individuals, leaders, and communities in their personal growth. My background as a professional athlete has further shaped my understanding of the powerful relationship between movement, mindset, performance, and well-being. Throughout my career, I have founded three successful companies and facilitated retreats, ceremonies, immersive experiences, and transformational programs.

I am the founder of Insumataq Studio, a community-centered space devoted to movement, nervous system regulation, subconscious transformation, spiritual exploration, and whole-person well-being. Through classes, workshops, private sessions, ceremonies, retreats, and sacred medicine experiences, I create spaces for people to explore themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationship with their bodies and inner knowing, and live with greater intention and authenticity.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:

You are not here to become someone new. You are here to remember who you are.

When we understand the patterns that have shaped us, reconnect with the intelligence of the body, honor the wisdom of spirit, and remember what already lives within us, we create the space to live, move, and choose from our most authentic selves.

Ellie Dils

I am a Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner who guides you to heal, release, and restore balance. Trained through SomatIQ™, I create a safe space for deep emotional and nervous system reset.

Ellie Dils

As a certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, I am here to support you in reconnecting with
your body, releasing stored emotions, and cultivating a deeper sense of self-awareness and
ease.
My journey with breathwork began over five years ago as a personal practice for managing
stress and exploring emotional healing. What started as an intuitive, sporadic exploration
evolved into a profound tool for transformation. In August 2024, I completed my certification
through the SomatIQ™ Breathwork program, an immersive, trauma-informed training accredited
by Arizona State University.
In my practice, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you’re invited to tune into your
body’s innate wisdom. Breathwork can help you release what no longer serves you, build
nervous system resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self — gently and at your own
pace.
Whether you’re new to this work or returning to it, I’m honored to hold space for your journey.

Kira

Rooted in authenticity, I live at the intersection of culture, story, body, and spirit—continually rediscovering life with the courage of curiosity and hope. For the past eight years, I’ve chosen the unknown over certainty, traveling internationally and immersing myself in diverse cultures along the way.
My personal journey has led me through deep exploration of healing—moving through the emotional, mental, and physical imprints of trauma and into practices that cultivate connection and wholeness. For over a decade, I’ve been devoted to this path through spiritual connection and a variety of healing modalities. As a creative and wellness practitioner, my heart is to see transformation and integration through creativity and connection.

Driven by a deep passion for integration, I am facilitating “simply flow” classes that encourage presence and support somatic connection. Each class is an invitation into exploration, expression, and depth—fluid, intuitive, and alive. I intend to connect to the body, steady the mind, and leave you feeling grounded and nourished.
A space to weave creativity, healing, and new beginnings—embracing the abundance life has to offer.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth’s journey began in the world of coaching, where she was trained through an ICF-accredited program to guide others
in shifting mindset and reconnecting with their inner strength. But over time, she felt a deeper calling.
She knew there were unseen layers within each person... energy waiting to be felt, released, and realigned.
This calling led her into the healing arts, where she could fully embody her intuitive gifts and hold space for true
transformation. Through Reiki, Elizabeth discovered a sacred pathway to restoring balance, awakening inner peace, and
supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
Now, she gently guides others back home to themselves.
In a session with Elizabeth, you are invited into a calm, nurturing space where your energy is honored and held with deep
compassion. Through intuitive insight and Reiki—offered both in person and at a distance—she helps clear energetic blocks,
soothe the nervous system, and reconnect you with your natural state of harmony.

Krista Gardner

Krista Gardner is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, healing artist, massage therapist, musician, and sound & frequency practitioner with 25+ years of experience. Her work weaves movement, touch, breath, sound, and body mapping to reconnect you with the wisdom and mastery of the heart.

Krista Gardner

I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, healing artist, certified massage therapist, musician with a degree in Vocal Performance, and sound and frequency practitioner.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: the body holds a map. Transformation has been my own journey, and through my life experiences I have learned to navigate what my body was showing me — what I was holding, what I was ready to release, and ultimately how to set myself free. That journey brought me into a deeper relationship with the quantum field, the wisdom of the body, and what I call the mastery of the heart — reconnecting to our innate capacity for healing, love, creativity, and joy.

My roots as a healing artist began in Northern California and eventually took me to Los Angeles, where I built a successful healing arts practice for more than 25 years. I have now returned to Northern California to be closer to family, beginning a new chapter rooted in service, community, and sharing the work I have spent decades developing.

Through Kundalini Yoga, I weave breath, kriya, mantra, meditation, voice, sound, and frequency to help students move energy, deepen awareness, and reconnect with the creative life force within.

My decades of hands-on work with the body led me to create Neuromuscular Body Mapping and Shakti Massage. I believe our issues can live in our tissues. Through intuitive touch, visceral work, and body mapping, I help people connect the dots between physical tension, energy, emotion, and lived experience.

I am also the creator of The Light Within — Chakra Light Activation, an immersive sensory experience weaving light, sound, and frequency with the chakra system and the ancient yogic map of the nadis.

For me, healing is both an art and a practice. Everything I offer comes together through three pathways — movement, touch, and frequency — helping us navigate the map within, release what we no longer need to carry, and return to the mastery of the heart.
