💎 Crystals & Sound — Kids

A playful, grounded exploration of crystals, sound, nature, and self-awareness.

Each month we’ll meet a new Crystal of the Month—learning where it comes from, exploring its physical qualities and traditional meanings, and using it as inspiration for practices that build curiosity, confidence, mindfulness, and connection with the natural world.

Kids will experience meditation, sound bowls, movement, creative activities, sensory exploration, and age-appropriate practices for noticing what happens inside themselves and around them.

And the learning continues after class! Each month, kids will take a simple practice or experiment home, then return the following month to share what they noticed. There are no “right” experiences—we’re learning to observe, wonder, experiment, and discover together.
