Taylor Moriarty is a Vedic counselor, Kundalini Yoga instructor, Reiki Level II practitioner, sound healer, ashram owner, and artist. She specializes in traditional Sanskrit mantra, weaving it into both dynamic yoga flows and seated meditation practices to create deeply immersive and transformative experiences.
Taylor also facilitates CE-5 contact protocol gatherings at her ashram in Granite Bay, a unique sanctuary she shares with her herd of miniature therapy animals. Her space is rooted in connection—between self, nature, and the unseen.
Her classes are intentionally designed for all levels. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, Taylor creates an environment where every student feels supported, welcomed, and at ease.
In addition to her spiritual and healing work, Taylor is currently completing her studies to become a Eucharistic Minister at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Roseville. Beginning this summer, she will be volunteering to bring communion to homebound parishioners—an extension of her belief that yoga means union, and that communion reflects this same sacred connection.
